Return & Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your custom shoes order, please reach out to our customer service team within 6-8 hours of placing your order, before it is processed. Once the order has been customised or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
However, if you plan on ordering three or more pairs of footwear or pieces of urban streetwear within our shipped countries, we will be delighted to provide you with free worldwide shipping and some exciting gift incentives as well!
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
For the Goods (non customised shoes and streetwear) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
you can exchange it, or return it for a full refund to the original form of payment but not our custom shoes and streetwear.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS CAN NOT BE RETURNED:
The supply of Goods that are made to your specifications or personalised.
Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiration date being passed are not eligible for supply.
Goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
If goods are delivered and become mixed with other items in a way that makes them impossible to separate, they are considered inseparably mixed.
If the Goods are customised and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used, improperly handled, or damaged due to poor care. For further details on our return and exchange policy, please refer to the information below.
RETURNS AND REFUND
If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) but we don't accept a return for custom shoes, but we might for our printed apparel if they are not worn or destroyed. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece (trainers or streetwear) is in as-new condition, and that you have the Original packaging on hand.
Our custom streetwear, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods if the items are not damaged/defective, all orders are final. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
We offer a generous return and refund policy, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received!
All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. we will process your refund. A refund will be issued in the form of the Original payment. and might take up to 2 weeks or more depending on your bank.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
We don’t like to say it but we or you can terminate our relationship at any time. We will terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you are determined to be, in our sole discretion, in violation of these Terms or any of our policies. We may also suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services or your account at any time with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
Our company makes no representation whatsoever and gives no guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the Products, and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.
Our company shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damages to any person or property arising from the use of the item purchased.
Items sold by our company shall be suitable only for the purpose designed and intended and the Customer shall ensure the Products are handled, used, worn or otherwise dealt with in a normal and proper manner.
No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against our company arising out or in connection with any defects in or unsuitability of any Products. Please refer to our store-policy

ORDERS & SALES
All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose a quantity limit on any order, to reject all or part of an Order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already Ordered. Your placement of an Order as a customer does not necessarily assure that we will accept your Order. We reserve the right to refuse any Order in our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order.
Free Gift when you order footwear ( 361º, Xtep and Li-Ning shoes) .. Gifts like insoles, socks and cleaning wipes are available etc.. depending on how many shoes you order, gifts are not available for our custom shoes, hats, or urban streetwear apparel clothing, but you might get incentives or up to 50% off if you order more than one custom shoe.
All items that are purchased on sale are final sales! No exceptions, sorry. If an item was purchased before it was on sale, the credit issued back is for the current sale price. Sale prices do not extend to prior purchases of the same item, that is, you cannot be credited back for a purchase you made at full price for the new sale price.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, photographs, pricing or other information on the Service are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate.
If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund or by our Return, Exchange and Refund policies above. In the event of an error, whether on the Services, in an Order confirmation, in processing an Order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct any error and revise your order accordingly or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. IF YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER THAT YOU BELIEVE CONTAINS A MISTAKE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY SO THAT WE MAY CORRECT THE ERROR.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, or had their tags removed.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
In connection with your access to the Services, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies of all relevant jurisdictions. Recognising the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, amongst other things, you agree that by or while accessing or using the Application you will not:
Allow other persons to use your user account, and you agree that you are the sole authorised user of your account;
Making use of our Service for any unlawful purpose;
Represent yourself as another or as a fictitious individual;
