Return & Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your urban custom shoes order, please contact our customer service after you order within 6 - 8 hours, before the item is processed. Unfortunately, once the order is customised /shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel your order!

Ordering 3 or more footwear or urban streetwear? No matter where you are in the world, contact us before ordering and we will give you free worldwide delivery + free gift incentives!

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS 

In order for the Goods (non customised shoes) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days 

  • The Goods are in the original packaging 

  • you can exchange it, or return it for a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

THE FOLLOWING GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED: 

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. 

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

  • If the Goods are customised and processed. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund saves our service charges. Any items that are used or improperly handled or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND 

If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 15  days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) but we don't accept return for the custom shoes, but we might for our printed apparel. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece (trainers or streetwear) is in as-new condition, and that you have the Original packaging on hand. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.  we will process your refund.  Refund will be issued in the form of the Original payment. and might take up to 2 weeks or more depending on your bank.

We are committed to safeguarding the personal information provided to us, thus, this privacy statement proffers insight into how we protect your personal information and the choices you can make about how your personal information is used. Please refer to our Store Terms & Policy.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

We don’t like to say it but we or you can terminate our relationship at any time. We will terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our policies.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you are determined to be, in our sole discretion, in violation of these Terms or any of our policies. We may also suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services or your account at any time with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. 

WARRANTY

Our company makes no representation whatsoever and gives no guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the Products, and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.

Our company shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damages to any person or property arising from the use of the item purchased.

Items sold by our company shall be suitable only for the purpose designed and intended and the Customer shall ensure the Products are handled, used, worn or otherwise dealt with in a normal and proper manner.

No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against our company arising out or in connection with any defects in or unsuitability of any Products.  Please refer to out store-policy

ORDERS 

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limit on any order, to reject all or part of an Order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already Order. Your placement of an Order as a customer does not necessarily assure that we will accept your Order. We reserve the right to refuse any Order in our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order. 

Free Gift when you order footwear ( 361º, Xtep and Li-Ning shoes) .. Gifts like insoles, socks and cleaning wipes available etc..  depending on how many shoes you order, free gifts not available for our custom shoes or urban streetwear apparel clothing, but you might get incentives if you order more than one custom shoe. 

 

SALES ITEMS 

All items that are purchased on sale are final sale! No exceptions, sorry. If an item was purchased before it was on sale, the credit issued back is for the current sale price. Sale prices do not extend to prior purchases of the same item, that is, you cannot be credited back for a purchase you made at full price for the new sale price.  

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, photographs, pricing or other information on the Service are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate.

 

If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund in accordance with our Return, Exchange and Refund policies above. In the event of an error, whether on the Services, in an Order confirmation, in processing an Order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct any error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.  IF YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER THAT YOU BELIEVE CONTAINS A MISTAKE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY SO THAT WE MAY CORRECT THE ERROR.        

We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn or have their tags removed 

RETURNING GOODS 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

USER CONDUCT 

In connection with your access to the Services, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies of all relevant jurisdictions. Recognising the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, amongst other things you agree that by or while accessing or using the Application you will not: 

  • Allow other persons to use your user account, and you agree that you are the sole authorised user of your account;

  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful;

  • Represent yourself as another or as a fictitious individual;

  • Bypass any measure our company may use to present or restrict access to the Service, or otherwise attempt (by any means) to gain access to data or information that you are not entitled to access;

  • Copy, modify, create derivatives of, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service or take any action to interfere with the service or take any action to interfere with our company’s proprietary and intellectual property rights;

 

  • Impersonate any person or entity;

 

  • Stalk, threaten, or otherwise harass any person;

 

  • Interfere with or disrupt our company or the services or networks connected to our company;

 

  • Post information or interact with our company in a manner which is false, inaccurate, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information), defamatory, libelous, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexual oriented, threatening, harassing, or illegal;

 

  • Use our Services in any way that infringes any third party’s right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

 

  • Post, email or otherwise transmit any malicious code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
